mWorkf Mobile Workflow app for iPhone and iPad

mWorkf is a mobile workflow container application  that supervisor can use to easily manage several workflow types, anywhere, anytime in a quick and efficient manner. With mWorkf, you’ll have the relevant details and information required to complete these requests while you’re on the go. This version includes: Leave Requests, Purchase Orders and Travel & Expenses workflow types.
 
KEY FEATURES:
 
General
·         View list of assigned work items. Sort or search using a broad range of available fields
·         View attachments related to the request, such as PDF, DOC, XLS and TIFF files
·         Approve and Reject work items with option to enter comments on rejected work items
 
Leave Requests
·         View work item details such as: Employee Name, Leave Type, Number of Days and Remaining Vacation Time
·         Contact the requester via e-mail
·         View possible conflicting events for the request in a Calendar view
 
Purchase Orders
·         View work item details such as: PO Number, Total Amount and Last Approval
·         View list of Materials related to the purchase order, with information such as: Material Number, Description, Quantity and Price
·         Detect if the Material price has changed from the last time it was ordered and retrieve a list of prices from different vendors
 
Travel & Expenses
·         View work item details such as: Trip Number, Trip Dates, Reason and Total Costs
·         View lists of Receipts associated with the work item, with information such as: Receipt Date, Amount and Notes
 
NOTE: A fully functional version of this application requires access to SUP 2.1 system.
